"This site can't be reached" or "Response served by service worker has redirections"

Note: These steps apply only to the Boxpressd Cigar App.

"The webpage at https://boxpressd.app/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." or "Response served by service worker has redirections".

If you're faced with one of these error messages while accessing Boxpressd, you can either switch over to https://app.boxpressd.com (delete the app first if you have it installed - you will be able to install it again with the new URL) or follow the steps below to clear the cache on boxpressd.app:

Android:

1. Open Chrome on the device you're receiving the error from.

2. Tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Choose "Settings"

4. Find and select "Privacy and security"

5. Tap on "Clear browsing data"

6. Ensure ONLY "Cached images and files" is selected and then tap "Clear data"

7. Check off "boxpressd.app" and hit "Clear".

8. Reset Chrome and try to access the page again. In some cases, you may need to reset your phone for the changes to take full effect.

iOS:

1. Open Settings.

2. Find and tap on Safari.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose Advanced (DO NOT tap Clear History and Website Data - this will remove all data for all websites and will log you out of any you're logged into).

4. Tap on Website Data

5. Search for "boxpressd" and hit "Search" on the keyboard to dismiss it.

5. Tap "Edit" at the bottom of the screen and remove data for "boxpressd.app".

6. Refresh Boxpressd. In some cases, you may need to reset your phone for the changes to take effect.

If this still does not resolve the problem, repeat the steps and remove all Boxpressd-related data (boxpressd.com and boxpressd.io).

Desktop:

1. Open Chrome

2. Click the 3 dots in the right hand corner of the screen.

3. Click on "More tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data..."

4. Select ONLY "Cached images and files" and then click "Clear data"

5. Reset Chrome and try to access the page again.
