What information is required?

For most customers, AgeChecker.Net only requires your date of birth, name, and address. If AgeChecker.Net cannot verify your age automatically, we will need a picture of your photo ID. Photo IDs are not stored, they are removed from memory as soon as you are verified.

Note that we are often able to get this information from the checkout form you filled out. In this case, you will only have to input your date of birth manually.
