Publishing Process
Q: How do I link my social media accounts to Boxpressd?
A: When creating a post, you'll find options to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and grant the necessary permissions. Alternatively, visit https://business.boxpressd.com/profile/settings and link them from there.
Q: Can I schedule posts for a later date?
A: Yes! When creating a post, you'll find a scheduling option. Simply pick your desired date and time, and your post will be automatically published on your selected platforms at that time.
Q: What happens if I edit my post on Boxpressd after scheduling it?
A: If you make changes to a scheduled post on Boxpressd, you'll need to re-schedule the post for external platforms to ensure the changes are reflected.
Requirements & Limitations
Q: Why do I need an Instagram Creator or Business account?
A: Due to Instagram's API limitations and policies, only Creator and Business accounts can be used for third-party publishing tools like ours.
Q: Can I publish to my personal Facebook profile?
A: Currently, our tool only supports publishing to Facebook pages. Personal profiles and groups are not supported at this time (though we plan to support groups in the future!).
Q: Are there any post format restrictions when publishing to external platforms?

A: Absolutely! We are currently offering free credits to all business subscribers for a limited time. While our business features are in the beta testing phase, you can sign up and enjoy the services without any charge. So, you get to try before you officially pay.
